The Garden House is a charming building with a breath-taking view of the Bryn Athyn Historic District. Intimate events of 30 guests of less fit comfortably within the space. Beautifully appointed kitchen space, restrooms, sound-system and all-purpose tables and chairs are available for your use.
Rental is $350 and includes access to the Garden House for 2 hours. If you would like to extend your event, additional hours are $100 each. A $150 security deposit is due at time of reservation. Please ask a Cairnwood Manager for a copy of the Garden House Rental Agreement.
